Property Hunt works closely with overseas buyers looking to invest in the London property market. For the overseas market we are very much at hand 24/7, as we understand how time differences can limit communication.

How would Property Hunt work for you? After a detailed briefing of your requirements (either over the phone or in person), we carry out an extensive search using all our contacts, including estate agents, potential private sales, the internet and auctions.

As your feet on the ground in the UK, we act as a buffer between estate agents ensuring no time is wasted seeing irrelevant properties. We then compile a short list of suitable properties for you or friends / relatives to see when in the UK. Whilst visiting the properties, we will point out the pros and cons of each potential investment and closely guide you through the London property 'maze', ensuring the avoidance of any 'pitfalls'.

Once a suitable property has been found, we will negotiate to get the best possible price as well as making sure the process runs smoothly from initial negotiations to completion.

Fees:

A Registration Fee of £ 1000 will be required for a 24 week contractual period. The registration fee will be deducted from the final fee once we are successful in securing a purchase. Upon exchange of contracts, 2% + VAT of the asking price will be required.

Rentals:

One months rent is required upon signing of the rental agreement.
