Unrepresented buyers can often pay too much for a property because emotions are involved rather than it being treated as a pure business transaction. Other times it is a case of being gazumped by another buyer after costs have already been incurred.

This is a service for clients who have already identified a suitable property. We then take over the process from this point and negotiate and secure the deal based on comparable evidence we have already collated. This ensures the client is not overpaying and during the negotiating we are in constant contact with the client.
