How we work
SearchAfter an initial meeting or telephone conversation to understand your precise requirements, we carry out an extensive search via personal contacts at estate agents, word of mouth, scouring property press and websites, investigating private sales and keeping an eye on forthcoming auctions. ShortlistOnce the properties have been vetted and a short list drawn up, you will be escorted on a tour and advise of the 'pros' and 'cons' of each property. Also any outstanding properties we will show you immediately. NegotiateOnce the ideal home has been found, negotiations begin to secure you the best possible terms, giving you time to arrange your move. |
Exchange and completeProperty Hunt offers to work with your surveyors, solicitors and mortgage advisors to see the transaction all the way through to a successful completion.
