Managing Director Russell Hunt founded London Property Search Agents Property Hunt in September 2006, with the aim to provide a bespoke service for people looking to invest in the property market. As an ex-estate agent and London landlord, Russell advised people during and outside working hours what and where to buy. This knowledge was then taken one step further by creating Property Hunt.
In addition to our London Property search and acquisition service, we provide a number of high quality value added services for our clients, who come from various backgrounds including private banks, the corporate market as well as individuals.
Since the launch of Property Hunt in late 2006, we have successfully negotiated and secured a number of properties for our clients, saving on average between 7-15% off the asking prices. Some of these property acquisitions were through contacts and did not come on the open market.
