We sold a client's house on Edwardes Square house in Kensington, advised on the whole sale process and made an additional £100,000 by advising the client to go with a more reliable buyer. We then tied the sale in with the purchase of a fully furnished house on Imperial Crescent in Fulham and worked with the vendor direct. The client who is based overseas was more than happy to be advised by Property Hunt who cut costs across the board and brought in third parties.
The Perfect Flat
A repeat client asked Property Hunt to find a London flat for his daughter. We found one in a preferred block which was a repossession and £40,000 less than an identical one on the market. The family were happy for us to agree the purchase and oversee everything without them seeing the property.
